NeJa Rab - Vaccine
(Inactivated Rabies Vaccine prepared on BSR cells)
METHOD
This vaccine is produced by the inoculation of PV/RV strain of rabies virus in BSR cells, which were cloned cells from BHK21, c13 cell lines developed in the Institute Pasteur-Paris, France.
The collected virus supernatant fluid after the centrifugation are inactivated with ẞ propiolactone.
This vaccine is light red color.
The range of pH value is between 6.8 and 7.4.
COMPONENTS
BSR cells cultured PV/RV Strain of rabies virus (virus infectivity before the inactivation) having more than 107.0 TCID50/ml.
EFFECT
This vaccine is recommended for use, especially, in dogs and cats to prevent rabies.
PRESENTATION
Single dose: 1.2ml/vial
ADMINISTRATION
Inject 1ml/animal by S/C or I/M route.
INDICATION
For active immunization against rabies both for prevention and treatment therapy in dogs, cats and other animals.

Primary vaccination must be administered at 3 months old age or more. Do not vaccinate before 3 months of age as the presence of maternal derived antibody (MDA) may interfere the immunity.

Store at + 2 to + 8°C in a refrigerator.
